CD-ROM versions of the Miramar Ship Index database:
- The CD-ROM version runs on a PC, and operates from your hard drive. You do not necessarily require MS Access installed to operate it.
- The licence agreement (see text box below) is for single user applications.
- The database, which operates differently to the website, is accessible through a query screen. This offers much more functionality than is available on the website. Installation & operating instructions are included with the disk.
- All disks are provided by airmail, and reflect the database content at the date of dispatch. Neither the disk nor upgrades are available for internet download.
